At NIF Global Pimpri Chinchwad, we offer professional education and training programs in Fashion Design
and Interior Design. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following policy:
1. Nature of Service
All our offerings are educational courses and training programs, which are intangible
services.
Therefore, returns are not applicable once a course has been enrolled in.
2. No Refund Policy
- All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any
circumstances.
- This includes admission fees, registration fees, tuition fees, and any other charges paid to the
institute.
- Once payment is made, it confirms your seat in the course, and no cancellation or refund requests
will be entertained.
3. Course Enrollment & Confirmation
- Admission to a course is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- By making the payment, the student agrees to all terms and conditions of the institute.
4. Batch & Schedule
- The institute reserves the right to reschedule or adjust batch timings if required.
- Such changes will not qualify for a refund.
5. Exceptional Cases
- Under no circumstances will refunds be provided for reasons such as change of mind, personal
commitments, relocation, or non-attendance.
